World Relaxation Day is celebrated on August 15 and aims to promote both the physical and mental well-being of people.
Every year that passes, the mental health of the population worsens because of social networks, so, with this world day we must help people to get away from bad thoughts and stress to do beneficial activities for the body and mind.
In honor of this event I have created this poster, with which I intend to encourage people to celebrate this day. No need to go to an expensive spa, you can prepare a relaxing activity at home.
